Once authorized, an experienced plans examiner will complete the code review and provide clear comments identifying items that may need correction or clarification before permit approval.
What Will Be Needed
To begin your residential plan review, City Loupe will need a complete set of construction plans and all applicable supporting documents. This may include engineering, energy code worksheets, truss designs, and a site plan. Providing a complete submittal helps prevent delays and allows our plans examiner to begin the review as quickly as possible.
